Green after the letting of the construction contract and <br /> items associated with change of conditions experienced on the site during <br /> Milwaukee construction. <br />I Minneapolis <br /> Newark The design modifications resulted from requests by the adjoining site developer to <br /> Orlando raise the profile grade of 14th Street NE, perform mass grading for the roadway and <br />I Phoenix reconfigure the storm water ponding scheme. The mass grading was originally <br /> Portland planned to be completed by the developer. The revised project plans require that <br /> San Diego approximately 18,000 cubic yards of soil be imported to construct the roadway. In <br />I 5o.IlI, addition, City staff has added 5,000 cubic yards of borrow material to the contract <br /> in order to replace poor materials encountered during the excavation for the deep <br />I sanitary sewer.
