Issuance of Permits. Upon completion of the Zoning Text Amendment, the City shall give the I necessary zoning approval, issue the necessary permits and take all other steps required for City to issue appropriate permits to allow Seller to I relocate and rebuild Billboard 3 in the general vicinity of its current location; and to allow Seller to add a panel to Billboard 4 of the same size as the current panel on Billboard 4.
