Overview of Request: <br /> The applicant proposes to install a second 12,000 gallon nitrogen tank immediately south of <br /> the existing 12,000 gallon nitrogen tank (The first tank was approved in Planning Case 02- <br /> 33). The second nitrogen storage tank would be placed on a concrete slab, and the fence <br /> around the existing tank would be extended approximately twelve feet to the south to <br /> completely enclose the proposed second tank. <br /> Manufacturers' Services, now known as Celestica, was originally approved to construct one <br /> building at 4300 W, Round Lake Road under Planning Case #96-12.
