<br />, <br /> , <br /> e <br />Based on historical traffic counts on Highway 96 and Hamline Avenue, it was <br />determined that traffic has been growing with a 3% straight-line annual growth <br />rate in this area of Arden Hills. This annual growth rate was applied to the <br />existing traffic volumes to develop 2007 no-build traffic volume forecasts. These <br />are shown in Figures 5 and 6. <br />The directional trip distributions for the town-office units are shown on Figure 7. <br />The trip distributions are based on existing travel patterns in the area.
