The Master Plan, which was approved in 2002, proposed to construct 419,500 square feet of <br /> building space in Phase I, which was tentatively scheduled to last from thc winter of2003 to <br /> the spring of 2006. Due to the recent change in ownership and other market conditions, parts <br /> of Phase 1 have bccn delayed. Phase 1 originally includcd two new buildings (L and K) and <br /> an addition to building L Building L and the addition to building I, which added a combincd <br /> 166,000 square feet of building arca, have been constructed. Plans for building K have not <br /> yet been submitted. At the end of Phase I, the Master Plan requircs a traffic study to be <br /> completed. <br /> The building J addition (90,000 square feet) was movcd from Phase 2 to Phase 1 in 2004; <br /> however, construction for that building has not yet started. Two extensions for the building J <br /> addition have been granted since it was approved. The first addition to building N was also <br /> added to Phase 1 in 2003 and added 38,000 square feet to the Campus. <br /> Since the Master Plan was approved in 2002, the City has approved 294,000 square feet of <br /> new space for the Campus of which 204,000 square feet have been constructed.
