Verbal Update on Zoning Code <br /> Mr. Lehnhoff updated the Council on the Zoning Code update. <br /> B. Blue Cross/Blue Shield Grant <br /> Mr. Lehnhoff updated the Commissioners on the award of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield <br /> Grant. <br /> . C. Minor SlIbdivisionlVariance Proposal <br /> Mr. Lehnhoff stated he had received a phone call from a resident who wanted to <br /> subdivide his property. He noted the resident wanted to talk to the Commissioners to see <br /> if there was any interest in this proposal before he submitted an application. <br /> Cal Anderson, 3424 Snail Lake Boulevard, stated he was looking at purchasing a <br /> property on the north side of Lake Josephine. He indicated he was proposing a flag lot <br /> with a house on Ingerson. He asked if this would be acceptable. Mr. Lehnhotfnoted this <br /> would require a variance and explained why a variance would be required. <br /> Commissioner Larson stated he did not look favorably on flag lots, even though there <br /> were other flag lots in the area. <br /> Commissioner McClung stated he was not in favor of a flag lot. <br /> Chair Sand stated it appeared if the requirement was 95 teet and he had 100 feet, it <br /> sounded like it would meet the current zoning requirement, but he did not believe the <br /> Commission would be inclined to approve this. <br /> D.
