APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> HELD ON JULY 12,2006. <br /> Commissioner Zimmerman movcd, seconded by Commissioner Larson to approve the <br /> July 12, 2006 minutcs as prcsented. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> PLANNING CASES <br /> A. PLANNING CASE #06-021: MINOR SUBDIVISION AND VARIANCE; BRUCE <br /> AND KATHY HAGLUND, 3300 AND 3294 LAKE JOHANNA BOULEVARD <br /> Mr.' Lehnhoff stated the applicants were requesting a minor subdivision and variance to <br /> shift a portion of thc lot line between 3300 and 3294 Lake Johanna Boulevard to the <br /> north to increase the lot size and shoreline width of the 3294 Lake Johanna property. The <br /> variance is requested because the shoreline width for the 3300 Lake Johanna Blvd. <br /> property would decrease from 95 feet to 75 feet, which is less than the minimum 85-foot <br /> . shorelinc width requirement. He reviewed his analysis and recommended approval based <br /> on the following conditions: <br /> ------ <br />
