J. Taylor Distributing site in Arden Hills. <br /> An aerial map has been used to approximate some of the existing impervious areas, as <br /> noted on the attached sketch. The remaining areas are based on field survey <br /> information. The existing areas are as follows: <br />. . Site area: 313,057 s.f. <br /> . Building: 81,046 s.f. <br /> . Parking/sidewalk impervious: 52,677 s.f. <br /> . Total Impervious: 133,723 s.f. <br /> . Percent Impervious: 42.7% <br /> The proposed impervious areas are based on the aerial map as well as the Westwood <br /> Site Plan dated 07/12/06. The proposed areas are as follows: <br /> . Site area (same as existing): 313,057 s.f. <br /> . Building (same as existing): 81,046 s.f. <br /> . Parking/sidewalk impervious (6,980 s.f. added to existing): 59,657 s.f. <br /> .
