E Suite 220 <br />Shoreview, MN 55126 <br />Re: Ngo Property - Lake Johanna Blvd <br />Per your request, I am wTiting this letter to note the types of trees recently removed from <br />the Ngo property in Arden Hills, There was no tree survey provided, so I'll detail the <br />project to the best of my recollection. The vast majority of the trces removed from the <br />site were smaller (<8 inch diamcter) trees of speeics generally considered undesirable, . <br />such as buckthorn, boxelder, and black locust. The notable exceptions were 2 large <br />cottonwoods and 3 or 4 green ash approximately 15 inches in diameter. One of these <br />green ashes was uprooted and leaning into a cottonwood, a clear safety risk to the road <br />beneath.
