Case 06-024: Special Use Permit & Site Plan Review, Boston Scientific <br />The City Council accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval and . <br />unanimously voted to approve Planning Case 06.024 from Boston Scientific to construct a <br />10,225 square foot addition to building N. The approval is subject to the thirteen conditions <br />recommended by the Planning Commission. <br />Plannin!! Case 06-023: Planned Unit Development & Preliminary Plat, Royal Oaks Realty <br />The City Council accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval and voted <br />4.0 (Councilmember Holden was absent) to approvc Planning Case 06.023 from Royal Oaks <br />Realty for the redevelopment of the former City Hall property. The approval is subject to the <br />following thirty.seven conditions: <br />I. Final Plat. The applicant shall submit an application for a Final Plat within six (6) <br /> months following City Council approval ofthe PUD and Preliminary Plat. <br />2. PUD Permit. A Planned Unit Development Permit shall be drafted by the City Attorney <br /> and be subjcct to approval by the City Council prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. <br />3. Revised Plans. The applicant shall submit revised plans that are in conformance with the . <br /> plan review comments from the City Engineer Fire Marshal, the Building Official prior to <br /> approving the Final Plat, and any other applicable conditions. <br />4. Timeline. The applicant's timeline for development shall be as follows: <br /> a. Phase I: Fall 2006 . The developer may begin grading, installing utilities, and <br /> construction of storm water improvements. . <br /> b. Phase 2: FallfWinter 2006 - The developer may begin construction on units I - 9. <br /> c. Phase 2: 2008: Project complcted. <br /> Extensions beyond Deccmber 31, 2008, shall require an application and be subject to <br /> City Council review and approval. At the time of application for extensions, thc City <br /> Council may include such conditions of approval as they determine neccssary for <br /> compliance with City Code. <br />5. Bylaws. The bylaws, covenants, deed restrictions, or any similar documents shall include <br /> all of the restrictions included in the approved Planned Unit Development. Thcse <br /> doeuments shall be subject to review by the City Attorney and shall be submitted prior to <br /> filing the Final Plat. <br />6. Occupancv. No more than one business shall bc permitted to occupy anyone office <br /> condominium within the development. <br />7. Uses. Retail, restaurant, fast-food, and residential uses shall not be pennitted to occupy <br /> any of the units in the proposed development. Retail uses may be permitted if thcy are <br /> incidental or accessory to the primary use. <br />8. Outside Stora!!e. Outside storage shall not be pcrmitted under any circumstances. <br />9. Landscapinl! Plan Revisions.
