<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 05-23 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW OF DISPOSAL OF <br />REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has adopted a Comprehensive Municipal Plan; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ardcn Hills owns and wishes to convey title to the following <br />described real property (the "Property") situated in Arden Hills, Mirmesota, to wit: <br /> <br />Area identified as revised remnant parcel "A" on attached URS <br />site drawing. <br /> <br />.
