<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills does <br />request that the Legislature appropriate funds sufficient to provide for the <br />identification of preferred system design solutions for the 1-35W/ TH 10 highway <br />interchange in Ramsey and Anoka County along with appropriate county and city <br />streets, and; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That these funds should be appropriated to the <br />Commissioner of Transportation to complete community involvement activities, <br />alternative concept development, concept evaiuation, preliminary engineering <br />and environmental assessment, and; <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby <br />pledge to work with the Department of Transportation, Anoka County, Ramsey <br />County and the Metropolitan Council to ensure that the requested funds are used in <br />a cooperative and efficient manner. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 28th <br />DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2005, <br /> <br />~~~_-"d' <br /> <br />/ Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />'\ ,.
