<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-34 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING NO PARKING ALONG DVNLAP STREET AJ\J) GREY FOX ROAD <br /> <br />S.A.P. 187-112-01 and 187-105-03 from Red Fox Road to Grey Fox Road on Dunlap Street and <br />from Lexington Avenue to TH51 on Grey Fox Road in Arden Hills Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 9th day of May, 2005, by the City of <br />Arden Hills in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has plauned the improvement of Dunlap Street and <br />Grey Fox Road, State Aid Route 187-112-01 and 187-105-03 from Red Fox Road to Grey Fox <br />Road on Dunlap Street and from Lexington Avenue to TH51 on Grey Fox Road in Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the <br />improvements of this Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides <br />of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project <br />must therefore be conditioned upon ccrtain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the City of Arden Hills shall ban <br />thc parking of motor vehicles on Dunlap Street and Grey Fox Road at all timcs. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />9TH DAY OF MAY, 2005. <br /> <br /><~~~. <br />B€verly Apliko ski, ayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />iW~ /luJd? <br /> <br />Michelle A, Wolfe, City Administrator <br />
