<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />~ <br />~~ILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR <br />PRESBYTERIAN HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on May 31,2005 Senior Housing Partners on behalf of Presbyterian <br />Homes submitted a completed application for review of a Special Use Permit <br />Amendment which would allow an addition to the south end of the McKnight <br />Care Center on the Presbyterian Homes property located at 3220 Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard in Arden Hills. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on July 6, 2005, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission <br />reviewing the application by Senior Housing Partners on behalf of Presbyterian <br />Homes and at the conclusion of the public hearing the Planning Commission <br />unanimously recommended approval subject to seven (7) conditions of approval <br />and after considering the effect on the proposed use based upon health, safety, <br />convenience and general welfare of the owners and occupants of the <br />surrounding land, in particular, and the community as a whole, in general, <br />including but not limited to the following factors: <br />existing and anticipated liquid or solid waste, and other nuisance <br />characteristics; drainage; population density; visual and land use <br />compatibility with uses and structures on surrounding land; adjoining land <br />vaiues; park dedications where applicable, and the orderly development of <br />the neighborhood and the City within the general purpose and intent of the <br />orderly development of the neighborhood and the City within the general <br />purpose and intent of this ordinance and the Comprehensive <br />Development Plan for the City. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on July 11,2005, the City Council received the recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />approves the Special Use Permit Amendment for Presbyterian Homes, dated July 11, <br />2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 11th <br />DAY OF JULY, 2005. <br /> <br />L~ ~~~k1d: <br /> <br />/ ev rly Aplikowski, Mayor <br />
