<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-52 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR <br />3568 RIDGEWOOD COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on July 27,2005 William Mitchell, the property owner of 3568 Ridgewood <br />Court, submitted a completed application for review of a Minor Subdivision and <br />Lot Consolidation which would subdivide a 5,600 square foot triangular piece of <br />property from 3568 Ridgewood Court and consolidate the 5,600 square foot <br />piece with the property directly north at 3576 Ridgewood Court in Arden Hills. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on August 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewing the application by <br />William Mitchell and at the conclusion of the public hearing the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval subject to one (1) condition of approval and <br />after making a finding that the proposed subdivision and consolidation will not <br />have an adverse impact on the surrounding properties or on the community as a <br />whole. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on August 8, 2005, the City Council received the recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />approves the Minor Subdivision and Lot Consolidation for 3568 Ridgewood Court, <br />dated August 8, 2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 8TH <br />DAY OF AUGUST, 2005. <br /> <br />/d~~~Yor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />M~~~ <br /> <br />Michelle A.
