<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />% <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-56 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills proposes pond construction and storm sewer improvement <br />along Trunk Highway 51 as part of the 2005 PMP Street Improvement Project, <br /> <br />IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into MnlDOT Agreement No. 88611 with <br />the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br /> <br />To provide for maintenance and operation of a detention pond by the City within the City limits <br />along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 51, as defined in said Agreement. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that Beverly Aplikowski, the Mayor of Arden Hills is <br />authorized to execute the Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />IDLLS, MINNESOTA, that the City of Arden Hills hereby will agree to the MnDOT Agreement <br />No. 88611 to maintain the detention pond along Trunk Highway 51. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 26"' day of September, 2005. <br /> <br />~ ~/~t,,~~' <br />-Beverly ApI' ow i, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: '\ ~ <br /> <br />,~~~~ ~1 <br />~chelle Wolfe, CITY ADMINIS RATOR <br />
