<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-57 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills hereby declares that a state of emergency exists due to the <br />damage caused by a severe thunderstorm. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills was impacted by a severe storm that struck the City on <br />September 21" at approximately 7:00 PM. The damage is the result of a severe thunderstorm that <br />brought high winds, rain, and hail to the City. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this storm has caused the City of Arden Hills to take protective measures in <br />beginning the process of debris removal and repairs to the City's infrastructure system. <br /> <br />IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills has declared a state of emergency. The state of <br />emergency shall become effective on September 23'" and shall continue until the Mayor declares <br />that the emergency situation has ended. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that Beverly Aplikowski, the Mayor of Arden Hills is <br />authorized to execute the Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />IDLLS, MINNESOTA, that the City of Arden Hills hereby declares a stale of emergency exists <br />in the City of Arden Hills due to the severe storms that impacted the City on September 2t, 2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 26th day of September, 2005. <br /> <br />/~o~' <br /> <br /> <br />JLw <br /> <br />Michelle A.
