<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYEE EVALUATION AND SALARY STEP <br />INCREASE FOR THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR PER THE EMPLOYMENT <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR MICHELLE WOLFE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 2, 2003, the City of Arden Hills entered into an <br />employment agreement with Michelle Wolfe to serve as City Administrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain provisions of the employment are to be periodically amended <br />for City Administrator Wolfe's continuing employment with the city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council met in closed session on September 26th, <br />2005, to review the perfonnance of the City Administrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council gave a positive performance evaluation to <br />the City Administrator and agreed to a salary step increase per the City's employment <br />agreement and approved compensation plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council do hereby <br />amend the employment agreement as follows: <br /> <br />Salary: The City of Arden Hills agrees to pay Ms. Wolfe a monthly salary increase from step <br />4 to step 5, effective September 2,2005.
