He started his career in real estate <br />purchasing single-family homes, duplexes, and student housing. After gaining his <br />CPA license, Brian co-founded Anderson & Roers CPAs, in which he held 50% <br />partnership until launching Roers Cos. in 2012. <br />Shane LaFave <br />Chief Operating Officer <br />Shane has been in the real estate development field for more than 18 years.
