<br />e <br /> <br />%. <br />~HiLLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 04-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES <br />AND CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that Ihe U.S, Bank St, Paul, N,A shall be the official depository for all <br />funds of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 2004; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall from time to time, ascertain <br />that adequate security as required by the laws of the State of Minnesota, is furnished by such <br />depository to protect the City's deposited funds against financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on D,S.
