<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING WATER MAIN EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 9,2004, pursuant to mailed and published notices, the <br />Arden Hills City Council conducted a public hearing to consider the vacation of that <br />certain perpetual easement for water main purposes by and between Josephine Hills <br />Association and The Village of Arden Hills, dated September 22,1969, and filed for <br />record in the Office of the Ramsey County, Minnesota Recorder in Book 2207, Page <br />352 and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />A perpetual easement fifteen (15) feet in width for the purpose of <br />construction, operation and maintenance of a water main approximately <br />seven (7) feet deep, the northerly line of said fifteen (15) foot perpetual <br />easement being described as follows: Commencing at the most northerly <br />corner of Lot 13A, Block 4, Josephine Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 13A, 30 feet to the <br />point of beginning, thence southeasterly toward the most northerly corner <br />of Lot 12, said Block 4 to a point 75 feet northwesterly of said northerly <br />corner of Lot 12, said 75 feet being measured along said line, thence <br />easterly to a point on the east line of said Lot 13A (on Fernwood Street) <br />30 feet northerly of said most northerly corner of Lot 12 and there <br />terminating. The south line of said perpetual easement to be extended to <br />the east and west lines of said Lot 13A (the "Existing Water Main <br />Easement"). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council was advised that the existing water <br />main easement was no longer necessary because a new easement was being <br />conveyed to the City of Arden Hills, which included the area of the Existing Water Main <br />Easement; <br />
