. . . ~ ~HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 04-27 A RESOLUTION VACATING WATER MAIN EASEMENT WHEREAS, on February 9,2004, pursuant to mailed and published notices, the Arden Hills City Council conducted a public hearing to consider the vacation of that certain perpetual easement for water main purposes by and between Josephine Hills Association and The Village of Arden Hills, dated September 22,1969, and filed for record in the Office of the Ramsey County, Minnesota Recorder in Book 2207, Page 352 and legally described as follows: A perpetual easement fifteen (15) feet in width for the purpose of construction, operation and maintenance of a water main approximately seven (7) feet deep, the northerly line of said fifteen (15) foot perpetual easement being described as follows: Commencing at the most northerly corner of Lot 13A, Block 4, Josephine Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 13A, 30 feet to the point of beginning, thence southeasterly toward the most northerly corner of Lot 12, said Block 4 to a point 75 feet northwesterly of said northerly corner of Lot 12, said 75 feet being measured along said line, thence easterly to a point on the east line of said Lot 13A (on Fernwood Street) 30 feet northerly of said most northerly corner of Lot 12 and there terminating. The south line of said perpetual easement to be extended to the east and west lines of said Lot 13A (the "Existing Water Main Easement"). WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council was advised that the existing water main easement was no longer necessary because a new easement was being conveyed to the City of Arden Hills, which included the area of the Existing Water Main Easement;
