<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING SPECIAL USE PERMIT 93-24 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills (the "City") previously approved Special Use <br />Permit 93-24 which a]]owed portions of the following dcscribed property to be used for the sale <br />of perennial and related plants; the sale of container grown plants and shrubs; and the sale of <br />Christmas trees during the holiday season: <br /> <br />The West 441 feet ofthe North 4.0 acres of the South 12.0 acres of the <br />Southwest V. of the Southeast V. of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County (the "Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Special Use Permit 93-24 was recorded as Document No. 2790209 on <br />March 3, 1994 in the Office of the Ramsey County Recorder, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has now approved a subdivision of the Property which wi]] allow it <br />to be developed for single family residential lots ("Subdivision Approval"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of the Property has requested that Special Use Permit 93-24 be <br />rescinded; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivision Approval was conditioned upon a rescission of Special Use <br />Permit 93-24; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council hereby <br />rescinds Special Use Pennit 93-24. <br /> <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />'l.~.f-;t. . <br />ski, Mayor <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 29th <br />DAY OF MARCH, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />, <br />\ i\...."...., <br /> <br />\\Earth\Admin\Council\Resolutions\2004\04-32, Rescinding Special Use Pennit 93-24.doc <br />
