<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-40 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION <br />FOR CUMMINGS PARK DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the improvement of Cummings <br />Park Drive in conjunction with thc expansion of the Guidant Corporate Site, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on <br />both sides of the street and cul-de-sac area with consideration of the safety of the <br />traveling public. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on Cummings <br />Park Drive (including cul-de-sac) at all times and authorize the installation of appropriate <br />slgnage. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this lOth day of May, 2004. <br /> <br />B~~O~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
