<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-56 <br /> <br />REQUESTING MNIDOT CONSIDERATION OF A COST SHARING COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD E <br />BRIDGE OVER TRUNK HIGHWAY 51 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills proposes to make pedestrian improvements to the <br />County Road E bridge over TH 51 in Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />AND, WHEREAS, the improvement will benefit both the City of Arden Hills and the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation; and <br /> <br />AND, WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is requesting financial participation in the project <br />from the Minnesota Department of Transportation through the Municipal Agreement program; and <br /> <br />AND, WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is committed to providing the local share of the <br />costs if the project is selected as part of the FY2006 Municipal Agreement Program; and <br /> <br />AND, WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is committed to completing the project ifselected <br />and funding is provided as part ofthe FY2006 Municipal Agreement Program. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the City of Arden Hills is requesting funding from the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for the pedestrian improvements to the County Road E bridge over TII <br />51 and is committed to completing such project and providing local share of funding. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council hereby selects Bridge Option 1, as outlined in the <br />Engineer's memorandum dated October 7,2004, as the scope ofthe pedestrian improvement to the <br />County Road E bridge over TH 51. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this l2'h day of October, 2004. <br /> <br />B~W~. <br /> <br /> <br />MvJ <br />
