Overview: <br /> At the end of July 2006, 3433 Lake Johanna Blvd was clear-cut, which was in violation of <br /> the City's Shoreland Ordinance. The property is located immediately south of 3441 Lake <br /> Johanna Blvd on the western side of Lake Johanna. The property has frontage on Lake <br /> Johanna Blvd and Fairview Avenue. Staff has been working with the property owner to <br /> resolve the situation to produce a positive outcome for the City and the neighborhood. While <br /> it is a regrettable situation, the property owner has been very cooperative with the City. <br /> Mr. Ngo, the property owner, has volunteered to go through the Site Plan Review process to <br /> review the proposed landscaping plan for the property. Generally, a residential property is <br /> not subject to a landscaping review.
