The Level of Service calculations are in the Appendix. They include LOS <br /> calculations for each intersection approach, <br /> Hamline Avenue provides an alternate access to Interstate 694 for vehicles that <br /> normally access the Interstate from Lexington Avenue, The County is improving <br /> Lexington Avenue this summer to alleviate congestion, A portion of the traffic <br /> currently using Hamline Avenue as an alternate route to Lexington Avenue will <br /> shift back to Lexington Avenue when it is improved. County staff plan on <br /> reviewing the operation of the Highway 96/Hamline Avenue intersection when the <br /> Lexington Avenue improvements are completed.
