<br />Holiday Stationstores is proposing the development of a convenience store with . <br />gasoline service and a car wash on a 2.79-acre parcel of land located at the south <br />west Comer of County Road 96 and Round Lake Road West in Arden Hills. The <br />facility will include a 5,563 square feet convenience store and attached car wash <br />building with a gasoline-dispensing system which can serve 12 cars. The Holiday <br />Stationstore will provide a variety of grocery, health and beauty aid products as <br />well as baked goods, prepackaged sandwiches and a wide assortment of beverages. <br />This "state of the art" facility will incorporate the latest technology in gasoline <br />fueling equipment. The interior design of the convenience store will incorporate <br />earth tones and ceramic tile flooring.
