We would like to split off 1/3 of lot 25 for combination with <br /> our neighbor's lot 26. <br /> No new lot will be created by this shift of the boundary between lots 25 and <br /> 26. The size and location of our house on the residual lots 24 and 25 would <br /> remain more than adequate to meet current city requirements.
