Page 3 of 3 <br />New/Updated Items: <br />x The 2025 Parks Project (Arden Oaks Park & Freeway Park), are substantially <br />completed except: <br />o Final restoration at both parks in green space, likely with final approval in <br />the spring 2026 for warranty work and seed establishment. <br />o The City has requested the contractor add some extra draintile to the <br />scope at Freeway Park in some low spots to promote drainage. This work <br />is expected also to be done this calendar year weather permitting. <br />
