3 <br />About the Authors <br />Rebecca Tucker, Twin Cities Metro Program Manager <br />(M.S. Plant Ecology and Population Genetics, Purdue University) <br />Rebecca has been with Great River Greening since fall of 2017, progressing from Ecologist to Program <br />Manager in that time. She currently manages two staff and over 30 restoration projects throughout <br />Minnesota, coordinating habitat enhancement contracts, pollinator monitoring projects, and frequent <br />public engagement opportunities. Rebecca has a Master of Science in Botany from Purdue University and <br />a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, during both of which she <br />engaged the public with a variety of educational talks and worked on numerous farm and greenhouse <br />research projects. rtucker@greatrivergreening.org <br />Alexander Bahr, Twin Cities Metro Project Manager <br />(B.S. Ecology, University of Minnesota) <br />Alexander originally joined GRG in 2019 as a seasonal field technician. He worked for 2 seasons in that <br />role as part of a 7-year period of conducting field work in natural land management before being hired as <br />Project Manager in 2024.
