x While the current shelter is structurally sound and in good repair, it is outdated in <br />appearance. Also, restripe and replace/redo <br />parking spot bumpers at existing parking lot. <br />x The basketball court is currently in fair condition but should be scheduled for <br />replacement in the next park improvement cycle. Currently, protect-in-place with <br />this project. <br />
