Parks, Trails, and Recreation Commission <br />The Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee (PTRC) represents residents by helping guide the <br />development and improvement of parks, trails, and natural spaces. The PTRC advises the City Council, <br />monitors the use and improvement of parks, trails, and recreation areas, and works with other City <br />committees and commissions to enhance them.
