220.05 Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee. <br /> Subd. 1 Establishment of Committee. The Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee is <br />hereby established to review and evaluate the City's Parks, Trails and Recreation Programs. <br /> Subd. 2 Composition. The Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee shall consist of up to <br />twelve (12) members appointed by the City Council. The membership is open to any <br />resident, or non-ŘôŜĖîôIJťϙÍƯĖīĖÍťôîϙſĖťēϙÍIJϙŘîôIJϙFĖīīŜϙæŪŜĖIJôŜŜϠϙIJĺIJ-ŕŘĺƱťϠϙĺŘϙèommunity <br />ĺŘČÍIJĖƏÍťĖĺIJϙťēÍťϙĖŜϙĖIJťôŘôŜťôîϙĖIJϙťēôϙĖťƅДŜϙ„ÍŘħŜϠϙ“ŘÍĖīŜϙÍIJîϙ‡ôèŘôÍťĖĺIJϙ„ŘĺČŘÍıŜϟϙťϙÍīīϙ <br />ťĖıôŜϠϙÍϙıÍĤĺŘĖťƅϙĺċϙťēôϙĺııĖťťôôϙıôıæôŘŜēĖŕϙŜēÍīīϙæôϙèŪŘŘôIJťϙŘôŜĖîôIJťŜϙĺċϙŘîôIJϙFĖīīŜϟϙ <br />Geographical balance may be used as criteria for selecting new members. One additional <br />member may be appointed by the City Council as a Youth Committee Member. The Youth <br />Committee Member will have the same voting rights as other members of the committee. <br />The Youth Committee Member’s term will last for one year from September 1st through <br />ŪČŪŜťϙ͒͐Ŝťϟϙ“ēôϙ´ĺŪťēϙĺııĖťťôôϙaôıæôŘϙıŪŜťϙæôϙÍϙ‹ĺŕēĺıĺŘôϠϙVŪIJĖĺŘϙĺŘϙ‹ôIJĖĺŘϙ <br />enrolled in a high-school or PSEO program; and be enrolled in a school district that serves <br />ŘîôIJϙFĖīīŜϙĺŘϙÍϙŘôŜĖîôIJťϙĺċϙŘîôIJϙFĖīīŜϙÍťťôIJîĖIJČϙÍϙŜèēĺĺīϙĺŪťŜĖîôϙĺf the City’s typical <br />ŜèēĺĺīϙîĖŜťŘĖèťŜϟϙťϙIJĺϙťĖıôϙŜēÍīīϙťēôŘôϙæôϙıĺŘôϙťēÍIJϙťſĺϙϼ͑ϽϙıôıæôŘŜϙſēĺϙıôôťϙťēôϙèŘĖťôŘĖÍϙ <br />of Youth Committee Member serving on the Committee.
