<br /> NEW BUSINESS – 4B <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: February 17, 2026 <br /> <br />TO: Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />FROM: Jess Skalicky, Parks and Recreation Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: 2026 Public Works Maintenance Plan Draft <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />Recommend edits or changes to the Parks section of the 2026 Public Works Maintenance Plan. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The Public Works department creates an annual maintenance plan to guide its work each year. <br />The maintenance plan includes regular work done every year, as well as additional special <br />projects and work the department intends to take on. <br /> <br />The PTRC should discuss the Parks section of the Public Works Maintenance Plan and give <br />recommendations for edits, additions, or changes to the Parks section of 2026 Public Works <br />Maintenance Plan. The Public Works Maintenance Plan will be finalized in March of 2026 and <br />sent to City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />Attachment A: 2026 Public Works Maintenance Plan Draft – Pages 1-20 (Parks Section) <br />
