<br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 03-29 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ESTABLISHING THE <br />2003 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />ASSESSMENT RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of a prelitninary report, the City of Arden Hills <br />ordered the making of the 2003 Street Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans <br />and specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 2003 Pavement Management <br />Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has deternllned that the 2003 Pavement <br />Management Plan consists of two distinct levels of street repair; and the reconstruction of <br />Karth Lake East and Ingerson Neighborhood streets, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those levels will be total street reconstruction, and bituminous overlay. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota the following assessment rates shall be effective for the 2003 PMP <br />unprovements: <br /> <br />1. $12.00 per frontage foot for mill and overlay <br />2. $47.00 per frontage foot for reconstruction (24 foot street width) <br />3. $49.00 per frontage foot & double frontage lots on Ingerson Road <br />and Ingerson Court <br />3. $51.00 per frontage foot for reconstruction (28 foot street width) <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 14th day of AP~ ' . <br /> <br />~.l~ Ifle~' <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, l\1AYOR <br /> <br />
