<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE 2003 SEALCOATING PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills <br />ordered the making of the 2003 Sea1coating Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans <br />and specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 2003 Sea1coating Project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the City Council does hereby approve <br />authorization to advertise for the 2003 Sealcoating Project as part of the 2003 Capitol <br />Improvements Program for sea1coating of City streets in the area bound by Highway 96, <br />Hamline Avenue, Snelling Avenue and 1-694 and, to include Benton Way/Harriet <br />Lane/Pine Tree Drive. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 28th day of April, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~~ <br />
