<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 03-42 <br /> <br />A Resolution Authorizing the <br />Exeeution of the Deed of Conveyance for Fernwood Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Guidant Corporation, a Minnesota corporation ("Guidant") on behalf of <br />Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, its successors and assigns ("Cardiac") has <br />petitioned the City to convey its interest in the following described roadway: <br /> <br />The southerly 2,012 feet of the easterly 33 feet of the west one-half of the <br />southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23 west, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota (the "Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills Council, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 9462.356, Subd. 2, has <br />determined that the disposal of the Property bears no relationship to the components of the Arden <br />Hills Comprehensive Plan and that Planning Commission review of the disposal of the Property <br />is not required. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute a <br />deed of conveyance on forms approved by the City's attorney for the Property to Cardiac <br />Pacemakers, Inc. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Arden Hills City Council this 30th day of June, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />7, <br /> <br />/-, <br />c:'t'z':S--L--r':;-~--' ;/'L:~~,~?,'z.,~:?-'- <---- <br />Aaron Parrish, Acting City Administrator <br />
