<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-62 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CONTINUATION DATE FOR THE TRUTH IN <br />TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED TAXES PAYABLE IN 2004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Arden Hills adopted Resolution #03-58, A <br />Resolution Adopting Truth in Taxation Public Hearing Dates for Proposed 2004 Taxes Payable; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff certified the dates to the County Auditor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, M.S. 275.065 subdivision 6) indicates that "...the continuation hearing must <br />be at least 5 business days but no more than 14 business days after the initial hearing;" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current continuation date is only 3 business days from the original <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that the <br />continuation date for the Truth in Taxation Hearing be rescheduled to December 8, 2003 at 6:30 <br />pm. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 29th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />. ;/.Ht/-d.( . <br />SKI, MAYOR <br />
