<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HlLLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution 03-66 <br /> <br />A Resolution Reeeiving Feasibility Report and Calling a Publie Hearing <br />for the <br />Improvement of Edgewater Neighborhood Streets (2004 PMP) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 03-64, which the Council adopted October <br />27, 2003, a feasibility report has been prepared by City Engineer Greg Brown!URS with <br />reference to the improvement of streets in the Edgewater neighborhood, and this report <br />was received by the Council on November 10, 2003, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provided information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />I. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$1,089,000. <br /> <br />2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the <br />26th day of January, 2004, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at <br />7 :00 p.m. and the Deputy Clerk shall give mailed and published notice <br />of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 10th day of November, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />"'<~. <br />ski, MAYOR <br /> <br />
