<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Bank St. Paul, N. A. is the depository in which funds of the City of Arden <br />Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in effect <br />authorizing the deposit and withdrawal offunds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution <br />with the following resolution: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That anyone ofthe following persons: <br />Terrance R. Post, Treasurer <br />Dennis Probst, Mayor <br />Joseph P. Lynch, City Administrator <br /> <br />is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by telephone to the U.S. BANK <br />ST PAUL, N. A., to transfer funds on deposit with the barue <br /> <br />a. to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br />b. to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> <br />2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone <br />who represents himselfto be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice <br />resembles the voice of such person. <br /> <br />3. The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to honor telephone instructions and <br />to insist upon written instructions signed by anyone of the p'frsons named in paragraph 1 <br />of this resolution.
