<br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-09 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO FRAN HOLMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes has been appointed to the Arden Hills Communications <br />Committee; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs, Fran Holmes has served as an active member of the Communications <br />Committee; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes provided valuable information to Arden Hills residents as a <br />writer for Arden Hills Notes; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes has resigned from her position on the Communications <br />Committee; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes gained the respect and gratitude of those who had the <br />privilege of working with her on the Communications Committee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, on <br />behalf of the residents of the City of Arden Hills, expresses its appreciation to Fran Holmes for her <br />dedicated and devoted service on the Arden Hills Communications Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br />da of January, 2002. <br />t'l <br /> <br /> <br />~~/c/ " <br />,/J<:.... <br />.
