<br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-10 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFIYING TRANSPORTATION AND REDEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1-35W Corridor Coalition has requested that transportation and <br />redevelopment priorities be identified for the member communities; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills identified several transportation and redevelopment <br />priorities requiring legislative action, intergovernmental cooperation, and support from one or <br />more Coalition members; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, transportation and redevelopment priorities in the City of Arden Hills include: <br /> <br />1. Transportation Priority: <br />2. Transportation Priority: <br />3. Redevelopment Priority: <br />4. Redevelopment Priority: <br />5. Redevelopment Priority: <br /> <br />Highway 96 Reconstruction and Interchange Improvements <br />Hamline Avenue <br />Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant <br />Gateway Redevelopment <br />Guidant Expansion I Redevelopment; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, more detailed information on each transportation and redevelopment priority <br />is included as "Attachment A"; and, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />considers the above five transportation and redevelopment projects as community priorities. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of January, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
