<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ADEQUACY OF THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR THE <br />GATEWAY BUSINESS CENTER AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br />I-35W AND 1-694 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Chesapeake Companies propose to develop a 225,000 sq. ft. to 495,000 sq. ft. <br />office building at the northeast quadrant ofl-35W and 1-694; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) has been prepared for said <br />proj ect, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the EA W was completed and sent to all the required agencies on the <br />Environmental Quality Board's distribution list on January 10,2002, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the reviewing agencies have had the required 30 days to review the EA W, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, responses have been received from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, <br />. The Army Corps of Engineers, and the Metropolitan Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, none of those agencies have made comments that find the EA W inadequate or <br />that would require an Environmental Impact Statement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU) to review <br />and make findings of adequacy concerning the EA W. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills that it finds the Gateway <br />Business Center EA W is adequate and that no Environmental Impact Statement is needed for this <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE' CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 25th DAY OF-MAReH, 2002. / /, <br />- /: }, 1,.'-/ <br />/" C~:I,.-~/ ../~ "),,/(/ ,i</ _ ,../ <br /> <br />/,/ ,/!Ifd,'1fji/ <br />b~{s P~ST, MAYOR <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />HP.
