<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution 02-21 <br /> <br />A Resolution Ordering Report on Improvement <br />of <br />Hunters Court and Waldon Place <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Hunters Court and Waldon <br />Place, and to assess the benefited property for a portion of the cost of thc <br />improvcment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvcment be refcrred to City Engineer, Greg <br />Brown!URS for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some othcr <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 28th day of May, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />Dennis Probst, MAYOR <br /> <br />
