. . . > City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Resolution No. 02-23 A Resolution Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and Specifications For the Improvement of Hunters Court and Waldon Place WHEREAS, Resolution 02-22 was adopted by the Council the 28'h day of :May, 2002, fixed a clate for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Hunters Court and Waldon Place, and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 10'h clay of June, 2002, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportuniry to be heard thereon, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibiliry report. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the resolution adopted :May 28, 2002. 3. Plans and specifications prepared by Gty Engineer Greg Brown for such improvement pursuant to Council resolution, a copy of which plans and specifications is auached hereto and made apart thereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the Gry Oerk 4. The Gty Oerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for 3 weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 10:00 a.m. on July 11, 2002 in the Council Cbambers of Ciry Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Oerk and accompanied by cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the Oerk for 10 percent (10%) of the amount of each bid.
