<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution 02-29 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ESTABLISHING THE <br />2002 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />ASSESSMENT RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills <br />ordered the making of the 2002 Street Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorizcd the preparation of detailed plans <br />and specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 2002 Pavement Management <br />Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has detcrmined that the 2002 Pavement <br />Management Plan consists of two distinct levels of street repair; and the reconstruction of <br />Hunters Court and Waldon Place, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those levels will be total street reconstruction, and bituminous overlay, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of <br />Arden Hills, l'vlinnesota, <br /> <br />L The residential property assessment rate for complete street reconstruction, <br />including pavement removal, subgrade correction, grading, compaction, <br />concrete curb and gutter construction, paving, and restoration shall be <br />established at $51.00 per assessable foot of frontage, as per the City's <br />assessment policy. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 24'" day of June, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />
