<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-36 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />Accepting the Bid for <br />Hunters Court and Waldon Place <br />2002 Pavement Management Plan <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Hunters Court <br />and Waldon Place, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />T.A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. <br />Bituminous Roadways, Inc. <br />North Valley, Inc. <br />Midwest Asphalt Corporation <br />Forest Lake Contracting <br /> <br />$160,416.50 <br />187,865.40 <br />195.628.30 <br />195,862.15 <br />219,478.00 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that T.A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. is the lowest responsible <br />bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the <br />attached contract with T.A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. for the improvement of <br />Hunters Court and Waldon Place according to the plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract <br />has been signed. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 29th day of July, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CH, CITY AD INISTRATOR <br />
