GFCI receptacle near the bottom of the enclosure mounted on the back panel. Provide on inner door if <br />shown as such on the Contract Documents. <br />B. Receptacle shall be fed by a 10A min. circuit breaker powered from the control panel power circuit, <br />ahead of the UPS. <br />C. Specification grade, 3-wire grounding type, NEMA 5-20R. <br />D. Side wired. <br />E. Rated 20 amperes, 125 volts. <br />F. LED trip indicator. <br />G. Approved Manufacturers: <br />1. Cooper. <br />2. Hubbell. <br />3. Leviton. <br />4. Pass & Seymour. <br /> CONTROL POWER BACKUP BATTERY <br />A. Provide an AGM battery located inside of the control panel for control power backup in case of loss of <br />normal power. <br /> CONTROL PANEL LIGHT KIT <br />A. Integrated automatic switch, spring-loaded, turning on when door is opened and shutting off when <br />door is closed. <br />B. 120VAC, LED. <br />C. Provide one light for each compartment of the control panel. <br /> IDENTIFICATION <br />A. Devices on the door exterior shall be identified with engraved phenolic tags which are engraved with <br />white lettering on a black background and are attached with stainless steel screws. <br />B. Devices on interior doors shall be identified with engraved phenolic tags which are engraved with white <br />lettering on a black background and are attached with stainless steel screws. <br />C. Devices mounted inside the panel shall be identified with embossed labels with adhesive backs as <br />shown on the Contractor submitted wiring diagrams. Labels shall be on the mounting panel, near the <br />device. <br /> TERMINAL BLOCKS <br />A. DIN rail mounted, touch safe, modular type. <br />B. 600V RMS, 30 amps minimum or higher amp rating as required for application. <br />C. Connector metal body material: Copper alloy, min 85% copper with nickel or tin plating. <br />D. Terminal screw material: Bronze with tin plating. <br />E. Screw terminals on both side only. No other types shall be allowed. <br />F. Shall terminate wires without additional preparation: i.e. tinning of wire ends, application of ferrules, <br />etc. <br />G. The insulation housing shall have primary entry funnels to facilitate insertion of wires.
