<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />s <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-38 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2002 REVISED BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council <br />has met several times for the purpose of discussing the 2002 budget; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold <br />a public hearing to adopt a budget; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, that the attached 2002 budget be adopted and approved: <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 26th DAY OF AUGUST, 2002. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />JOE LYNCH, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
