<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AWARDING THE BID FOR <br />2002 SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN REHABILITATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2002 Sanitary Sewer and <br />Water Main Rehabilitation, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Visu-Sewer Clean and Seal, Inc. <br />Veit and Company, Inc. <br />Lametti and Sons, Inc. <br />Park Construction <br />F. F. Jedlicki, Inc. <br /> <br />$246,435.50 <br />267,780.29 <br />349,990.00 <br />352,477.90 <br />396,835.00 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Visu-Sewer Clean and Seal, Inc. IS the lowest <br />responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The bid for the 2002 Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Rehabilitation be <br />awarded to Visu-Sewer Clean and Seal, Inc., according to the plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />ofthe City Clerk. <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract <br />has been signed. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0 <br />THIS 12th DAY OF AUGUST, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />
